While giving you tips on how to bring your villages to life, I will also be building the first village in my new world. I want to show you my creations and you can follow my journey through this blog. Below I have pictures of the starting area and view of my village. I have already mapped out my plans for this land on notebook paper and I'm ready to build.

I plan on expanding the sunflower field to wrap near the edge of the village and creating a display along the nether portal ruins. I plan on building a main road that curves through the middle of the land mimicking the river structure. The main land will have the chicken farm, fletcher, tavern, mason, and a small market to start. The river is an excellent place to house a few fisherman and additional villager houses. I will build a bridge from the mainland to the island to connect the parts of the village. I have started to work on the mine entrance and will soon build the miners hut. The mine is located just outside the village limits and will be the main collection point for stone and ore. Make sure you light the area up well and watch out for zombies and other monsters!

The beginnings of my farm has begun. This is not where the farm will remain, but I find building close to bodies of water makes and easy start to farms! I also found some pumpkins near by and started a pumpkin farm near up the bank, where it will remain.
